Plastic washing system includes floating separation tanks, friction washing machines and hot washing tanks. The floatation separation tank utilizes water as a medium to separate PET pieces from PP PE pieces according to the density of different plastics. The varm tvätt tank uses high temperature of over 70 degrees Celsius and detergent to clean the oil and dirt on the PET chips, and the plastic friction washing machine can completely remove the stains on the plastic. After multiple cleaning steps, the recycled PET chips can be directly used for selling or making products.
