This wasn&#8217;t about selling a machine; it was about architecting a solution. We analyzed their entire workflow, from the specific models of their mining trucks (CAT 777, CAT 793) to the input size requirements of their pyrolysis reactor.<\/p>    <p>\u8bc1\u636e\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u5b9e\u65f6\u89c6\u9891\uff0c\u5c55\u793a\u6211\u4eec\u5de5\u5382\u5728\u76f8\u540c\u89c4\u683c\u8f6e\u80ce\u4e0a\u6d4b\u8bd5\u8f6e\u80ce\u94a2\u4e1d\u62c9\u7ebf\u673a\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u900f\u660e\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u7acb\u5373\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4fe1\u4efb\u3002<\/p>    <p>\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f3a\u5927\u3001\u4e24\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\uff1a<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8d8a\u91ce\u8f6e\u80ce\u94a2\u4e1d\u62c9\u7ebf\u673a\uff1a\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6838\u5fc3<\/h3>    <p class=\"translation-block\">\u8fd9\u91cc\u662f\u9b54\u6cd5\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002\u4e3a\u5f3a\u70c8\u62c9\u529b\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.plasticgranularmachine.com\/zh\/product\/tire-debeader-for-sale\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.plasticgranularmachine.com\/product\/tire-debeader-for-sale\/\">\u91cd\u578b\u94a2\u4e1d\u63d0\u53d6\u673a<\/a>\u662f\u5de5\u4e1a\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u6770\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li><strong>\u65e0\u4e0e\u4f26\u6bd4\u7684\u52a8\u529b\uff1a<\/strong> 30 3\u5343\u74e6\u53cc\u7535\u673a\u7cfb\u7edf\u4ea7\u751f\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u626d\u77e9\uff0c\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5e73\u7a33\u62c9\u51fa4500\u6beb\u7c73\u8f6e\u80ce\u4e2d\u7684\u6574\u4e2a\u94a2\u4e1d\u80ce\u5708\u2014\u2014\u5168\u90e8\u5728\u4e24\u5206\u949f\u5185\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/li>    <li><strong>\u4e3a\u5b89\u5168\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff1a<\/strong> Understanding the immense tension involved, we equipped the machine with a remote control. This allows the operator to manage the pull from a safe distance, drastically reducing workplace risk. The machine&#8217;s reinforced steel frame is designed to absorb the force without flexing, ensuring long-term structural integrity.<\/li>    <li><strong>\u4e13\u4e1a\u94a9\u5b50\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff1a<\/strong> \u94a9\u5b50\u7531\u786c\u5316\u5408\u91d1\u94a2\u953b\u9020\uff0c\u4e13\u95e8\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6210\u6293\u63e1\u8d8a\u91ce\u8f6e\u80ce\u7684\u80ce\u5708\u800c\u4e0d\u6ed1\u843d\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u8f83\u5dee\u673a\u5668\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5931\u6548\u70b9\u3002<\/li> <\/ul>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8d8a\u91ce\u8f6e\u80ce\u5207\u5272\u673a\uff1a\u9a6f\u670d\u80ce\u4f53<\/h3>    <p class=\"translation-block\">With the steel gone, the beadless tire is moved to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plasticgranularmachine.com\/zh\/product\/waste-tire-cutting-machine\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.plasticgranularmachine.com\/product\/waste-tire-cutting-machine\/\">OTR tire slicer<\/a>. Its job is to break down the massive rubber carcass into manageable chunks for the pyrolysis feed. The machine\u2019s Chromium-12 Molybdenum Vanadium alloy blade is not a standard blade; it&#8217;s designed for superior wear resistance against the abrasive materials found in OTR tire rubber.<\/p>
