This customer from Ethiopia, the owner of a plastics processing plant, needed a complete plastpelletlinje to help them crush and make pellets from used plastic bags for reprocessing into new plastic products. The customer wanted to increase productivity and ensure the quality of the pellets.

Efficient Group’s Solution

We recommended our plastic pelletizing line to the customer, which mainly consists of one SL-180 plastic pelletizer as the main machine and one SL-150 plast pelletiserare as the auxiliary machine. The main machine has 75kw power and 2.8m screw diameter, while the auxiliary machine has 30kw power and 1.3m screw diameter.

Båda pelletiseringsmaskinerna är utrustade med växellager för att säkerställa stabilitet och tillförlitlighet hos maskinerna. Huvudmaskinen använder uppvärmningsringen uppvärmningsmetod, som effektivt kan värma plast pellets och förbättra produktionseffektiviteten.
