PET bottle crusher

There are 10 mechanical knives made of 9CrSi inside the device. Therefore, it can break the PE, PP, PET, and PVC plastic easily. It is especially suitable for large-scale mechanized production.
Washing tank

There is a screw-pushing device inside the machine, which can push the materials forward on the one hand, and turn the debris over for cleaning on the other hand. Hot water cleaning tank
In fact, there are inevitably oil stains, mucus, dyes, and other stains in plastic bottles. Proper high temperature combined with proper detergent mixing can effectively remove product stains. The temperature of our hot water washing tank can reach 80-90 degrees. Therefore, it will have a better cleaning effect.
Friction washing machine
The high-speed rotating screw inside the plastic friction washer can make the material fully rub with water. So. It can separate the impurities on the surface of materials, such as soil, sand, leaves, and pulp. This step can realize the thorough cleaning of materials.
Plastic dehydrator
Plastic dehydrator is the most important piece of equipment for the dehydration and drying of debris in PET bottles recycling lines. The wet debris is conveyed to the inside of the plastic dewatering machine through the screw conveyor. Under the action of centrifugal force, excess water and impurities are removed and dried. Thus, dry, clean, and easy-to-store finished products can be obtained.
Storage box
The last machine of the last pet bottles recycling line is the storage box. The equipment mainly includes blowers, pipes, storage barrels, etc. It uses the blower to transport the dried plastic fragments to the storage barrel for storage.
