The plastic film crusher is the first machine in the plastic film recycling line, and it is also a major machine. It can crush the plastic film of various raw materials into fragments for subsequent cleaning and granulation. Common plastic films are PP film and PE film.
How does the plastic film crusher work?
There are two different groups of knives inside the plastic film shredder: the moving knife and the fixed knife. The motor provides power to the internal cutting system, driving the moving knife to rotate at high speed so that the plastic film can be sliced, torn, and shredded effectively.
As the moving knife rotates rapidly, it works together with the fixed knife to create a shearing action. During this high-speed rotation, a precise gap is formed between the moving knife and the fixed knife, allowing the plastic film to be cut continuously and evenly as it passes through the shredder.
The relative movement of the moving knife and the fixed knife will increase the size of the plastic crushing shear notch. The sports meeting of both sides will crush the plastic block. The difference between our machine and other plastic film shredder machine is that it also has a cleaning function. It can clean materials while crushing.
