Three Hot-selling Tire Recycling Solutions for Different Needs
The rubber powder production process consists of: pre-treatment, tire shredding, tire milling, and screening. Depending on the type of tyre or the tire shredder power, different pre-treatment methods can be selected.
Tire Recycling Plant 1
If the tires are smaller or more powerful, they do not need to be pre-treated and can be recycled directly through the tire shredder and the tire grinding and screening systems (mills, magnetic separators, nylon sorters).
Rubber Recycling Plant 2
- Tire debeader removes steel wires from old tires
- The tire cutting machine cut scrap tires into 2-3 pieces.

Our hydraulic tire wire drawing machine harnesses high-pressure hydraulic force to firmly grip and extract steel bead wires from tires, ensuring efficient separation and protecting downstream shredding equipment. It is the first step in the Rubber Recycling Plant 2.

Tire shredder
